Each client works with a named Destination Director. The site says the director plans trips from start to finish, from door to door. The services listed include on-demand travel for last-minute trips, a choice of flights from its fleet and a global network of operators, and no long-term contracts.

The site says the firm can reach more than 5,000 aircraft and airports worldwide. It lists a range of jets to suit different trips, and it offers a page where visitors can explore each jet. The firm says it can also handle ground travel and other parts of a trip.

The site says clients do not get handed between staff. It says clients work with their own Destination Director and no other broker. Several client quotes on the site describe a personal approach, with the director learning the client's preferences over time.

Jet The World Management provides full aircraft maintenance and management for private aircraft owners, operators and buyers. The site says it offers the same service and discretion that travelers receive on the charter side. The JTW card is also listed among the company's offerings.
