Jet OUT

Jet OUT is a private aviation company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It offers three programs: co-ownership, co-lease and charter. Its core idea is that aircraft and crews should be based where owners live. That shapes how flights are planned and how relationships are built.

The company runs a national network of regional bases. Each base has its own aircraft, pilots and maintenance staff. The company names four regions: the Upper Midwest, South Florida, the Southwest and Texas. Customers pick the base that fits where they live. This is a local operation, not one central fleet sent out to customers.

Every aircraft in the fleet is a factory-new Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2. Jet OUT says this makes it the youngest business jet fleet in the world. The company gives the jet a top range of more than 2,300 miles and a top cruise speed of 519 mph. It seats eight and needs a runway of about 4,000 feet. The cabin has a refreshment center, an enclosed lavatory, skylights, swivel seats, wireless cabin controls and Wi-Fi.

Using one aircraft type means every pilot and mechanic trains on the same plane. The company says this gives the same standard at every base. It also says its pilots follow a Safety Management System and are trained to a consistent standard across the fleet.

Jet OUT sells time in travel days, not hours. One travel day can cover a morning meeting in one city, lunch in another and a trip home that night. It also has an empty legs page, a partnerships page and an insider program.

Jet OUT began as an internal flight department for a commercial real estate company. Over five years, the owners saw faster decisions and more time saved. They then built Jet OUT to bring that model to other owners.

The company says its regional base model keeps pilots home most nights. It also says the same pilots and concierge team look after a customer, flight after flight.
