Japan General Aviation Service (JGAS) is an aircraft sales, maintenance and flight training company founded in 2011, with an office in Tokyo. Its Kagoshima Aircraft Maintenance Center, in Kirishima, Kagoshima Prefecture, opened in September 2014 when JGAS started its maintenance business and is now its main maintenance base for airplanes and helicopters.
Services
JGAS is an approved maintenance and modification organization under Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (No. 235). Work includes annual airworthiness inspections, import inspections for new and used aircraft, scheduled maintenance, repairs, sheet metal and FRP repair, modifications of its own design and repainting. Maintenance for private owners is done at Kagoshima; the Obihiro and Miyazaki centers work only on aircraft of the Civil Aviation College.

- Honda Aircraft HondaJet, as an authorized service center since April 1, 2024
- Bell 505, as Japan's only authorized maintenance center since 2022, and Bell 429

JGAS also sells Cirrus, Embraer and Bell 505 aircraft and used aircraft, aircraft parts and insurance.
Flight training
The Kagoshima Flight Training Center opened in 2015 and trains at Kagoshima Airport for private, commercial, multi-engine and instrument ratings, including contract training for university pilot programs. New enrollment from individuals is currently suspended.
