International Pilot Center Alliance – IPCA

The International Pilot Center Alliance, known as IPCA, is a network of flight training organizations. It was founded in 2014. Its headquarters are in Coachella, California, USA. The network trains ab-initio pilots and links them to partnering airlines.

The alliance is made up of EASA and FAA Part 141 approved flight training organizations and franchises around the world. The site says IPCA has achieved the highest hiring rate in the training industry. It also says graduates are helped to land a first pilot job.

IPCA runs a Career Path Program, called the CPP. In-network graduates from airline career or APS and MCC programs join the Insider Career Path Program for up to one year after graduating. The program includes operational airline experience and refresher training. Out-of-network candidates can apply after a KSA100 assessment.
