HTC Helicopter Training + Charter GmbH

HTC Helicopter Training + Charter GmbH is a helicopter flight school and charter company in Donaueschingen, Baden-Württemberg, between Lake Constance, the Black Forest and the Swabian Alb and not far from the Swiss Alps. It was founded in 1990 by Volker Grasberger and Kai Naujokat, both professional helicopter pilots and flight instructors. Since 2007 Kai Naujokat has been managing director.

Flight school

HTC trains pilots for the private licence PPL(H), the commercial licence CPL(H) and ATPL(H), and flight instructors FI(H). It also offers introductory flights, a pilot for a day programme and safety training. Its training helicopters are the Robinson R22 and R44, and other types are possible on request. The company says it has trained more than 500 private and commercial helicopter pilots and about 80 flight instructors since 2006, with more than 50,000 hours of flight training.
