Havaş provides comprehensive ground handling services using experienced staff and environmentally friendly, state-of-the-art equipment. Ramp services encompass baggage handling, aircraft parking and marshalling, ground support equipment provision (pushback, air conditioning, air starter, ground power units), passenger and crew apron transportation, aircraft loading and unloading, cabin interior cleaning and deep cleaning/disinfection services, toilet and water services, and de-icing/anti-icing operations.

Passenger services include VIP handling, mobility-impaired and unaccompanied passenger escort, passenger pick-up and transit services, check-in, travel document verification, lost and damaged baggage services, boarding services, and ticket sales. Cargo control, communications, and flight operations provide aircraft service coordination, flight document preparation (customs declarations, loading forms, manifests, weather reports, flight plans), load control and weight/balance calculations, fuel and catering coordination, and crew escort services.

The Istanbul export warehouse spans approximately 6,000 m² with 10 simultaneous cargo acceptance gates, security screening (X-RAY, ETD, EDD, VCK, PHS), 6 pallet pools, and capacity for 60 flight-ready pallets.

Specialized storage includes cold rooms at +15/+25°C (94 m²), -5/-18°C (21 m²), and +2/+25°C (80 m²) for temperature-sensitive cargo; valuable cargo room (33 m²); hazardous materials room (33 m²); live animal facility (26 m²); radioactive materials room (31 m²); and funeral room with 6-coffin capacity. Cool truck service maintains cold chain during warehouse-to-aircraft transfers with temperature control from +2 to +25°C.

Scheduled customs-cleared cargo transportation operates between Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir using international-standard vehicles and refrigerated trucks. Services include export document acceptance, physical inspection, aircraft loading supervision, customs procedures, import warehouse delivery, and transfer cargo operations.
