Hatt & Associates founded 2015 with three generations aviation heritage. Brad Hatt’s father Willis Faux was Korean War fighter pilot and chief pilot Des Moines Flying Service flying dignitaries including President Truman. Brad started washing planes, soloing at 16, then 10 years directing OEM sales before joining Beechcraft for 17 years becoming youngest VP in history.

Served as president Hawker Beechcraft commercial aircraft managing over $2 billion revenue business unit. Created Sojourn Aviation, partnered with Ken Ricci and Directional Capital before founding Hatt & Associates with son Jayson.
