Great Lakes Global Aviation Logistics

Great Lakes Global Aviation Logistics (GLGAL) is a spares supplier in Jenison, Michigan that assists operators, repair stations and OEMs with aircraft spares requirements, AOG support and overhaul and repair facilitation. Its website is available in English and Arabic.

Services

• Sourcing of single hard to find parts, AOG requirements and large provisioning packages
• AOG support with contacts available 24 hours a day, including dedicated AOG telephone lines
• Repair and overhaul facilitation, in which the company tailors a programme for key components using its industry relationships
• Submission of parts to repair shops for warranty consideration on behalf of customers
• Logistics arranged by the company to meet delivery dates

It confirms every request for quote, order and status inquiry, gives proactive open order updates and sends tracking numbers when parts ship. As an example on its service page, an airline customer had engine starters overhauled through the company for a lower cost and a more reliable delivery window than the manufacturer's 6 to 8 week turnaround.
