Go Rentals

Go Rentals is a car rental company for business and leisure travelers. It is family owned. Brothers Kaye and Kavous Gitibin founded it in 1995. They saw a need for a high touch, quality vehicle rental service. The company says it is the only Official Elite Rental Car Company recognized by Forbes Travel Guide.

The company says it has more than 300 locations across the United States. It offers rentals at over 100 airports, as well as at hotels and resorts. It also serves FBOs, which are the private terminals for business aircraft. The service suits travelers who fly private or commercial.

Airport service is a key feature. The company will have the exact make and model of the requested vehicle waiting. It offers curbside service at commercial airports. It offers planeside service where possible, so the car meets the traveler at the aircraft. Guests do not need to fly to use the service. At select hotels and resorts, a meet and greet team delivers the first choice of vehicle to the hotel or home.

The company aims to keep guests from waiting. Its Guest Services team completes the electronic paperwork before the guest arrives. The guest only has to sign off with the e-doc service and drive away. Each guest gets a live, dedicated Guest Service Specialist to help with the reservation and arrival. The company also offers 24/7 private client support.

The fleet is described as fully equipped and low mileage. The company says every vehicle is hand washed, hand sanitized, carefully maintained and inspected. It lists these steps as part of why Forbes Travel Guide chose it.

Staff complete an in-house training program for hospitality and aviation. The company says it works to find, train and keep talent in aviation, customer service, hospitality and transportation. It says it puts the client first.

The company has grown its reach among airports, FBOs and hotels. It builds ties with clients and partners. The website lists the airports and resorts where its services are offered. It also has an accessibility system that visitors can switch on from the keyboard.
