GateOne Chandler, Chandler Municipal Airport (KCHD)

GateOne Chandler is the FBO at Chandler Municipal Airport (KCHD) in Chandler, Arizona. It was known as Chandler Air Service before GateOne took it over in 2021.

The City of Chandler announced the change on its official website. The city page says the purchase includes an 8,000 square foot office building with a pilot shop, flight instructor offices, classrooms, a conference room that seats 12 and lounge areas. It also includes a 14,000 square foot executive hangar for turboprops and medium size jets, and an 8,000 square foot maintenance hangar.

The business lines listed by the city are full FBO services, a Part 141 flight school, aircraft rentals with a fleet of 21 aircraft, and maintenance. The city says Chandler handles more than 228,000 operations a year.

Pilots should call the FBO before they travel, because services may have changed since 2021.
