Freespeed Aviation, LLC

Freespeed Aviation, LLC is a private aviation charter broker in Newport Beach, California. The site gives the address as 23 Corporate Plaza Drive, Suite 150, Newport Beach, CA 92660. It arranges charter flights, offers aviation consulting and places flight crew with operators. The site describes the company as an agent for its clients, not an air carrier.

The company was founded by Rob Martin, who is listed as founder and president. The site says the company grew from a small brokerage firm into a larger name in the industry. It says the company was named to the INC 5000 list of America's fastest growing private companies for two consecutive years. The company name comes from an EASA airspace instruction that lets pilots fly at maximum airspeed.

The site lists charter aircraft by category. These range from turboprops and light jets to mid-size, super mid, heavy and ultra long range jets. The site says the company selects only direct air carriers that hold the required economic authority and FAA safety authority. It says operators are solely responsible for the flights. The company says it follows charter broker rules in 14 CFR Part 295.

The site says Freespeed partners with Charter Flight Support for optional AOG and mechanical interruption insurance. This coverage gives priority access to a replacement aircraft after a mechanical delay. The company offers a 24/7 concierge service and a carbon offset program. Its consulting work covers cost reduction and operations, and its crew recruitment work connects pilots with operators worldwide.

The contact page lists the 24/7 freephone number 1-833-935-9669 and the office number 1-310-362-6909. The site has a charter request form, a client portal and a media contact.
