Flytag Flight Support

Flytag Flight Support is an international trip support company operating since 2011. It coordinates the services an operator needs before, during and after an international flight through a single 24/7 operations desk, for airlines, non-scheduled and charter operators, cargo flights, business aviation, medevac and private aircraft. The company has offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and works with civil aviation authorities, airports, handlers and fuel suppliers worldwide.

• Overflight, landing, traffic and technical permit coordination

How requests work

Operators send the route and airports, date and schedule, aircraft type and registration, operator details and the services required to ops@flytag.co. The operations team coordinates permits, handling and fuel with the relevant authorities and providers and sends confirmations and status updates through to flight completion.

The website publishes country permit guides for the Middle East and Africa, a worldwide permit directory, aircraft registration prefixes, the ICAO phonetic alphabet and international calling codes.
