FITS Aviation is a Sri Lankan aviation group that runs the airline FitsAir. It is part of Aberdeen Holdings. The company began in 1997 in the air cargo business. Its head office is in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The company says it was the first privately owned airline picked by the Government of Sri Lanka to run scheduled international passenger flights out of the country. Over time it added flights to Kuala Lumpur and Chennai, and it introduced Business Class. It also added A320 aircraft to its fleet. Later it started scheduled domestic passenger flights in Sri Lanka.

The cargo side of the business grew over many years. FitsAir became the authorized service contractor for United Parcel Service in Sri Lanka. It was contracted by DHL for a based operation out of Bahrain. It also flew linehaul service for FedEx to places in the Middle East and Central Asia. A linehaul flight moves freight between main hubs.

The company set up a base in Seletar, Singapore, to move freight from the Batam industrial zone in Indonesia. It leased a turboprop aircraft to an operator in Indonesia. It also flew freighters to Dhaka and Bangkok. A wide-body jet with a 45 tonne payload was added to reach Kabul, Bagram and Baghdad. The company was recognized as the first private airline to fly the most cargo flights in a month at Dubai International Airport.

FITS Aviation also runs services on the ground. It started self ground handling at Bandaranaike International Airport. It later won approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka to handle its own fleet. It introduced in-flight catering. It also runs a flight training academy at Ratmalana Airport in Colombo, and a cabin crew training academy.
