About Fits Aero

F.I.T.S. Aero is an aircraft manufacturer based in Goiânia, Brazil. The name stands for Freedom In The Sky. The company builds light sport aircraft, and its main product is the F2, a three-seat aircraft designed for flying sport and leisure.

The company was created in 2020 by two aviation professionals. One is a commander with more than 3,000 flight hours who works as a commercial pilot. The other is an aeronautical engineer who served as an officer in the Brazilian Air Force. The team includes engineers and technicians with more than half a century of combined experience.

In 2021 the company joined a study group with ANAC, Brazil's civil aviation agency. That work helped expand the limits of the Brazilian light sport aircraft category, known as ALE or S-LSA. The site says the study is also used by the US Federal Aviation Administration.

The F2 uses modern engines with electronic fuel injection. The site lists a Rotax 912 iS Sport at 100 hp and a Rotax 916 iS Sport at 160 hp. It says the company is the only manufacturer in Brazil that uses engines with electronic injection.

A GRS Galaxy ballistic parachute comes as standard on all of the company's designs, according to the site. The airframe combines aeronautical aluminium and chromoly steel with e-composite parts. The site says the F2 is the first three-seat S-LSA designed within the new limits set by ANAC.

The company is located at a hangar on the aerodrome condominium in Goiânia. The site lists a WhatsApp and Telegram phone line, an Instagram page and a process page covering production. The site also has pages on specifications, safety and the company's history.
