Executive Charter Services

Executive Charter Services, also called ECS, is a private jet charter broker. It arranges on-demand flights for business and leisure travelers.

The company says it has nearly 25 years of industry experience. It does not sell jet cards or fractional shares, and it asks for no commitments. It is a charter broker, not an airline. It does not own, operate or maintain aircraft. The flights it arranges are flown by certified third-party carriers licensed by the FAA under Part 135 and Part 121.

ECS treats every charter as a custom flight. It does not give instant price quotes, because it says those do not reflect current aircraft availability. Instead, it builds a quote from the destination, schedule, party size and other details. It then checks these against suitable aircraft that are free.

The process has three steps. First, the customer fills in a form with who, what, when and where. Next, ECS uses its network of exclusive private jet operators to build a no-obligation quote. Once the customer picks an aircraft, ECS arranges the flight and any extra services. These can include catering, ground transportation and advice on aircraft and airports.
