Euroconsult

Euroconsult is an international engineering consulting firm. It covers design and construction supervision for buildings and for transport facilities. These include roads, highways, terminals, railway lines and airports. The firm also offers feasibility studies, project management, institutional support and organizational performance audits.

The company says it was founded in 1998. A Turkish firm called Evergreen was set up that year to serve local infrastructure work in Asia Minor and the CIS countries. By 2010 the company had grown across the Middle East and North Africa. By 2015 it served Europe and North America. The site describes it as a Turkish company founded in Saudi Arabia.

The service list is clear. Feasibility studies test whether an idea can be built. Design works cover architectural, structural and infrastructure projects. Tendering works include writing tender documents and supervising the tender process. Project management follows PMI standards. Site supervision starts when a project begins and continues to delivery.

Euroconsult works under an ISO 9001 quality system and follows international standards and codes. It says it won recognition as one of the largest 225 engineering consulting firms. It lists values such as honesty, integrity, quality, safety, accountability, teamwork, creativity and flexibility.

Project examples include the study, design and construction supervision of the Jamarat Bridge in Makkah. Others are road projects in Abu Dhabi and a project in Halifax in the United Kingdom. The company presented a cable stayed bridge design for the Jamarat area at a bridge engineering symposium in Manchester in 2024.

The company says it bought Creative Engineering Company in the United States and a structural services company in the United Kingdom. It has offices in Cairo, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Al Madinah, Abu Dhabi, Baghdad, Illinois, Florida and Yorkshire. It says it has more than 300 engineers and technicians.
