About DEVIRO

DEVIRO is a Ukrainian company that designs, builds and services military unmanned aircraft. It describes its work as running from idea to service.

The company says it was founded in 2014 and was among the first in the Ukrainian drone industry. It has been a government contractor for the Armed Forces of Ukraine since 2016. It reports having made 10,000 unmanned aircraft during the war years. Its production sites total almost 10,000 square meters, and it also runs its own research and development and a testing ground.

Its two main products are Bulava and Leleka. Bulava is an unmanned aerial strike system. It carries a 3.6 kilogram combat unit and has a combat radius of 80 kilometers. Flight time is 50 minutes, and it has day and night cameras. Leleka is a reconnaissance and surveillance system with a day and night camera. It has a flight distance of 340 kilometers and can stay airborne for up to five hours. DEVIRO lists the Leleka-100 and the Leleka-100M2 as separate sets. It says the Leleka-100 is the most widely used reconnaissance drone in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was adopted by order of the Ministry of Defense. All three sets are listed on the Brave1 market.

DEVIRO describes four pillars. The first is research and development, with in-house engineering. The second is production, covering the full cycle from fuselage to software. The third is service. Its service center takes feedback from system pilots around the clock, and it gives an average repair time of 10 days. The fourth is training.

DEVIRO runs a pilot school, which it calls the first and largest drone pilot school certified by the State Aviation Service of Ukraine. Military personnel who operate the Leleka-100 take its course and receive certificates.

The company has appeared in public events and media. It was named on a Forbes Ukraine list for 2025, took part in a European Commission round table and joined Brave1 at Defense Tech Valley 2025. Its website is available in Ukrainian and English.
