Charter Flight Support

Charter Flight Support, also called CFS, is a support service for charter brokers and operators. It steps in when a charter trip breaks, for example when an aircraft goes mechanical.

When that happens, CFS finds a replacement aircraft, covers the cost difference and handles the recovery. The client still flies for the same price, on a different plane. The company says about 38 percent of recoveries end up on upgraded aircraft.

Members get a portal with insights and early warnings. The site lists real time blocked tail tracking, customer alerts and operational intelligence for each trip. That includes flight history, last known position and turbulence insights. Notifications when the portal launches are listed as coming soon.

CFS reports 16,000 trips supported and more than 160 brokers and operators served. Pricing is per trip, or by a membership with locked rates. A calculator on the site lets visitors enter their trips to see what they might save. The site also quotes customers from FXAIR, Schubach Aviation and Silver Air Private Jets.

The about page names Josh Allen as founder and CEO. He is a former president of JetLinx Scottsdale and Tempus Flight Solutions. Erin Donnelly is COO and leads the AOG recovery network. Peter Keckemet is CFO and Sam Tanner is CTO. The team also lists account managers, a director of business development and a software engineer.
