Bhutan airlines

Bhutan Airlines is a passenger airline based in Bhutan. It is officially registered as Tashi Air Pvt Ltd. The airline serves routes that link Paro in Bhutan with cities in India, Nepal and Thailand.

The airline started commercial flying with a Paro to Bangkok route on 10 October 2013. Daily scheduled flights to Kolkata followed on 16 December 2013. Its fleet today is the Airbus A319.

The site says the airline now operates every day of the week. It connects Bangkok to Paro through Kolkata in India. It also runs six flights a week to Kathmandu, with no service on Fridays. The fares section also shows routes from Paro to Kolkata, Kathmandu, Delhi and Bangkok. Customer care is open from 9am to 5pm.

The airline says it was created because more people were travelling to and from Bhutan and wanted more comfort. It aims to give passengers a Bhutanese feel on board. The About page says the team includes four experienced captains and Bhutanese cabin crew who have trained for safety and hospitality.
