Avionics 2000 holds CASA Part 145, CAR 30 and Indonesian Part 145 approvals, and has completed aircraft upgrades in Indonesia and India. At Essendon it has a hangar, aircraft storage, a paint shop, sheet metal and CNC equipment for making instrument panels, a store and an electrical component repair shop. It runs an apprenticeship program.

  • NiCad, lead-acid and lithium battery and power supply maintenance
  • Night vision (NVIS) testing approved by AEM, FreeFlight and Aerodynamix
  • Calibration of test equipment, and avionics sales, exchange, rental and loan units

The company also designed its own Special Mission Display, used in public safety and emergency services aircraft.
