The site says the company has a track record on complex missions. These include UN peacekeeping flight support, USAID relief operations, and evacuation and disaster relief logistics. The site says the company serves commercial, cargo, humanitarian and government flying.

The company was founded by an aviation veteran with 27 years of leadership experience at a major Western airline. The site says it began as a flight charter and brokerage firm in 1993. It lists IATA and TIACA membership. The Pakistan office is at Amber Pride in Karachi, and the UAE office is at SAIF Zone, Sharjah International Airport. Phone and WhatsApp lines are listed for 24 hour support.
