Pricing includes a commission model, where the employer pays a percentage of the candidate's first month salary, a Professional plan from £299 a month and an Enterprise plan from £2,899 a month.

Jobseekers can search live vacancies by aircraft type, location and contract type. They can apply with a CV without creating an account. Pilots can also opt in to AI screening for a verified competency score. The site says the service covers 42 countries and is available in English and four other languages.

The founder is a commercial pilot who has seen aviation recruitment from both sides. The company says recruiter middlemen often do not understand type ratings, so the platform aims to connect operators and pilots directly. The site also says the platform is GDPR compliant.
