It began as an air cargo forwarding and road feeder service provider. The group rebranded as Aviation Services in 2007 and shifted focus to aviation services and warehousing. Today it serves airlines and freight forwarders across ten countries in Europe.

The company offers neutral air cargo sales. This includes promotion of freight business for air carriers. It also manages account settlement and reservation administration. The team handles publications, advertising and market intelligence for its partners.

Warehouse handling is a core part of the operation. The team manages physical handling for outbound and inbound cargo and mail. They process documentation, transfer and transit cargo. They also conduct security screening, handle special products and manage post office mail.

Support services cover several key areas. The company represents air carriers before airport and other authorities. It dispatches commercial and operational messages. Staff supervise ground handling, manage customs services and coordinate international trucking for airlines.

The company grew from its Sofia base to serve a wider region. It acquired the cargo terminal formerly owned by Balkan Airlines in 2003. In 2004 it became the first private company to receive a ground handling license. Expansion continued with offices in North Macedonia and Kosovo in 2010, Bucharest and Warsaw in 2013, and Sarajevo in 2017. Albania is served remotely from the Bucharest office. In 2025 the company opened new entities in Zagreb, Belgrade and Ljubljana.
