About Apollo Jets

Apollo Jets, LLC is a private jet charter broker headquartered in New York City. Founded in 2008, it arranges private flights in the United States and worldwide using a network of private jet operators, with every size and type of aircraft. Apollo Jets is part of Vista, the private aviation group, and describes itself as an XO company. As a broker it is not an air carrier: flights are operated by FAR Part 135 direct air carriers or their foreign equivalents, which keep full operational control.

Services

  • On-demand private jet charter, one-way, round-trip and multi-leg
  • Featured empty legs and available aircraft listings
  • 24/7 concierge service for clients
  • Charter with no long-term commitment
  • Aircraft management, procurement, sales and acquisition support through sister company Talon Air

Aircraft management

Apollo Jets acquired Talon Air in 2018. Talon Air manages aircraft under Part 135 and Part 91, holds ARGUS Platinum, Wyvern Wingman and IS-BAO credentials, and runs a maintenance facility in Farmingdale, New York. Owners can also join fleet fuel deals.

Safety

Apollo Jets is an ARGUS certified and Wyvern certified broker. In October 2014 it became the first ARGUS rated broker in the industry. Clients can ask for Wyvern PASS or ARGUS TripCHEQ documentation for their aircraft, and the company keeps non-owned aircraft liability insurance of at least 100 million US dollars.
