APOC Aviation (Aircraft Part-Out Company Europe B.V.) is a trading, leasing and exchange company based in Berkel en Rodenrijs, near Rotterdam in the Netherlands. It trades, stocks and leases major engine assets, landing gear and line replaceable units (LRUs), with a focus on Airbus and Boeing aircraft. Customers include airlines, MROs, lessors and investors.

Services

• Aircraft acquisition: purchase of end-of-life narrow-body airframes for part-out, at specialised teardown locations or on site, plus purchase of airline surplus stock and consignment projects
• Engine management for CFM56-3/5A/5B/7B and V2500-A5 engines: green time leases of 6 to 36 months, trading with or without leases attached, exchange, teardown, LLP and QEC support and repair management
• Landing gear management: short and long term lease, exchange programmes, teardown, asset trading, repair management, sale and leaseback and aftermarket parts
• Component supply: LRUs sold in as removed (AR) and serviceable (SV) condition, sales, exchange and lease, flight hour programmes (PBH), pool access and 24/7 AOG support

Stock and logistics

Every component is bar-coded and tracked electronically, and stock is held in climate controlled warehouses. APOC keeps a small aircraft stationed at Rotterdam Airport for urgent deliveries within Europe.
