American Aerospace Technologies, Inc., or AATI, makes high endurance unmanned aircraft systems and airborne sensing products. Its customers include defense, homeland security and critical infrastructure groups. The site describes the company as a leader in airborne intelligence beyond visual line of sight.

The company says it has flown beyond visual line of sight missions since 2010 in the national airspace system. It says these flights used FAA approved certificates of authorization. The site says AATI has completed hundreds of missions across the country.

The critical infrastructure patrol uses conventional aircraft across North America and Western Europe. It is built for linear assets such as oil and gas pipelines. Its InstiMaps sensor helps detect threats in near real time and report them.

AATI also offers UAS management systems and policy development. The site says its team has more than 75 years of combined experience in aviation policy and standards. It says the team helps customers match their plans to changing rules.

Sensor integration, testing and development is another service. The company integrates sensors into manned aircraft, unmanned systems and small unmanned aircraft. The site says its engineers have experience configuring and testing sensors and payloads.

The AiRanger is a medium altitude, long endurance unmanned aircraft. The site lists a lightweight catapult or belly skid landing, a payload and fuel capacity of 75 lbs, and more than 1,150 watts of power with 600 watts available for payloads. It supports line of sight, beyond line of sight and global BVLOS links through SATCOM and LTE. The site has a contact form.
