Air Works Group

AirWorks Group LLC is an airport concessionaire. It works to improve the passenger experience through the brands and services it brings to airports. The company says it keeps an office in the Virginia and Washington DC area, in the United States.

The company is certified as an ACDBE, which means Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. The site lists this status in many US states, including Texas, Florida, California, Illinois, Georgia and Pennsylvania. It is also certified as a DBE in Illinois, Florida and Colorado.

AirWorks works in three areas. The first is airport concessions, with dining and retail options. The second is joint ventures, where it partners with prime concessionaires to develop and run food and beverage and retail shops in airports. The third is wireless technology, where it offers RF engineering services for airport wireless needs.

Its listed locations include Chick-fil-A and Fox and Flight at Boston Logan and Reagan Washington National airports, and InMotion Entertainment at Dulles. Other brands in the National Hall and Concourse C at Reagan National include Eastern Market, Lego, Monumental News and Solid State Books. A press release from December 2025 says four new concessions were launched there with a prime partner.

The founder and president is M. Charisse Works, who has nearly 25 years in RF engineering. The first joint venture opened in 2017 at Reagan National. The website has a contact form, and it invites visitors to send details of a venture that might suit the company.
