About Air Antilles

Air Antilles is a Caribbean airline. Its flights served Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy. The site lists Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin Grand Case as departure points. All of the listed routes are in the French Caribbean.

A notice at the top of the home page says the company's operating permits are suspended until further notice. The notice says commercial and flight operations have stopped. It says the decision came from the Direction de la Sécurité de l'Aviation Civile. The company says it regrets the decision and that its teams are supporting passengers.

Earlier notices on the site gave planned restart dates. Flights to and from Saint-Barthélemy were to start on 24 June 2024. Flights to and from Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France and Saint-Martin Grand Case were to start on 22 July 2024. Passengers were asked to watch their email and phone for updates about their trips.

Before the notice, the site offered online booking and online check-in. It also listed a first class fare called Prix First. The site had special offers, baggage rules and a flight status page. It also listed a loyalty programme and a business travel offer with preferential rates.

The site has company pages on its presentation, general sale and transport conditions, shareholders and complaints. It also has a travel agency area and legal information. Three green pages describe environmental offers. These are called Green Services, Green Smiles and Green Coupons.

The site lists the phone number 0825 14 97 97. It states the service charge per minute and the cost of the call. The site also links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X accounts.

The site's legal notice says airlines may pass booking, check-in and boarding data to French authorities. It says personal data may be shared with authorities of any country on a passenger's route, where the law requires it. The site also says a small dog or cat can travel in the cabin for an added fee when booked online, if the animal and its carrier weigh no more than 6 kg. The loyalty programme is called Voyagez, gagnez, souriez. The site also lists a business travel page.
