AeroParker

AeroParker is an ecommerce software company for airports. Its platform lets airports sell parking and other non-aeronautical products in advance. The company is a trading name of KMP Associates Limited, registered in Stockport, England. It is part of Metropolis Technologies.

The site says AeroParker has worked with airports since 2000. It has handled many millions of pre-booked parking and extra sales. Current customers are 105 airports in 16 countries. Its sister brand MetroParker runs over 120 downtown car parks in 45 countries.

The system is built to fit with the tools an airport already uses. It links with any payment provider, barrier system or ERP system. The long feature list includes dynamic pricing, yield management, promo codes, a loyalty module, subscriptions, a travel agents platform and a reporting tool. It also lists a REST API, mobile apps, multiple languages and links to airline and airport websites. Many named payment and parking management systems are supported.

Airports pay a one off set up fee, an annual software licence fee and transaction fees. Optional extras are parking consultancy and custom work. The company says its system is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, and that the airport owns all customer data. New features are released about every three weeks.
