About Aerolineas Ejecutivas

Aerolíneas Ejecutivas is a Mexican business aviation group founded in 1968 as Aéreo Taxis de México. The company adopted its current name in 1980. It is headquartered in Mexico City and operates its main base at Toluca. The group has been in business for 55 years and continues to serve clients throughout Mexico.

The company operates MexJet, a fractional aircraft ownership and jet card program. Clients can buy flight hours or joint ownership shares across a fleet of more than 30 aircraft. The group also sells new aircraft and helicopters through manufacturer representations. Its PreOwned aircraft brokerage division buys and sells aircraft in local and global markets.

Ale Service Center in Monterrey provides maintenance, paint, interiors, and avionics. It is the only service center in Mexico authorized by Textron Aviation for Hawker, Beechcraft, and Cessna aircraft. The center also holds exclusive representation for Leonardo helicopters including the Agusta 109, 119, and AW 139 models. It administers maintenance control for more than 120 aircraft under contracts registered with the DGAC.

The group provides FBO services, ground support, aircraft management, and hangarage for business aircraft. It operates an FBO at Toluca and maintains facilities and an FBO in Monterrey. Additional bases are located in Mérida, Culiacán, and the Bajío region. These locations support owners and operators across multiple regions in Mexico.

Beyond aviation, Ale Marine offers yacht sales and fractional yacht ownership through its Share at Sea program. The division represents Italian shipyard FIM and Princess Yachts. The group also delivered 60 aircraft to Mexico's Ministry of Defense through its prior Beechcraft Defense representation.

The company opened its PreOwned division and Monterrey FBO in 2009. It opened the Ale Service Center in Monterrey and launched the Share at Sea fractional yacht program in 2012. It celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2018 and marked 55 years in 2023.
