Singapore will host 7 aviation trade shows between October 2026 and December 2027. That is more than any other city we track. Dubai and Las Vegas follow with 6 each. London has the most events overall, with 20. But most of those are conferences. If you plan to travel, mark May 2027. It is the busiest month of the year.
We sorted every event on our aviation events calendar by city, month, type and organiser. Here is what we found.
The aviation events calendar at a glance
Our calendar lists 463 events. They run from 12 October 2026 to 8 December 2027. They take place in 237 cities in 63 countries.

Each event has a type:
- 255 conferences
- 136 trade shows, which we call expos
- 41 meetings
- 28 airshows
- 3 awards events
A trade show has an exhibition floor where companies show their products. Those are the events this article looks at first.

Which cities host the most aviation trade shows
The 136 trade shows are spread over 78 cities. Singapore comes first.

| City | Country | Trade shows, Oct 2026 to Dec 2027 |
|---|---|---|
| Singapore | Singapore | 7 |
| Dubai | United Arab Emirates | 6 |
| Las Vegas | United States | 6 |
| London | United Kingdom | 5 |
| New Delhi | India | 5 |
| Shanghai | China | 5 |
| Washington | United States | 4 |
| Miami Beach | United States | 4 |
| Orlando | United States | 4 |
Singapore's 7 shows cover many parts of the industry. They include MRO Asia-Pacific, the Business Aviation Asia Forum and Expo, inter airport Southeast Asia, air cargo Southeast Asia and Passenger Terminal Expo Asia. You can see them all on our page for aviation events in Singapore.
By country, the US has the most trade shows by far, with 40 of the 136. The UAE and China have 9 each.
London leads when you count every event
Now count every type of event. The picture changes.

| City | All events, Oct 2026 to Dec 2027 |
|---|---|
| London | 20 |
| Singapore | 15 |
| Washington | 11 |
| Brussels | 10 |
| Las Vegas | 10 |
| Dubai | 9 |
| Dublin | 9 |
| New Delhi | 9 |
London has 20 events, but only 5 are trade shows. The other 15 are conferences. Brussels and Dublin show the same pattern. Brussels has 8 conferences and 1 trade show. Dublin has 7 conferences and 1 trade show.
Shanghai puts four shows in the same three days
One finding stood out. Four of Shanghai's five trade shows run on the same dates, 7 to 9 July 2027. They are:

- Shanghai International Aerospace Technology and Equipment Exhibition (AIREXPO)
- Shanghai International MRO and Aviation Materials Supply Chain Exhibition (MRO China)
- Shanghai International Aircraft Interiors and Refurbishment Exhibition (AIE China)
- China (Shanghai) International Smart Airport Construction and Operation Exhibition
For a visitor, that is handy. One trip covers four shows. You can find them on our page for aviation events in China.
May 2027 is the busiest month
We counted all 347 events that start in 2027, month by month. May has the most, with 58. March and April have 47 each. August has only 8, and December has 6.
Trade shows follow the same shape. In 2027, May has 18 trade shows. March has 15 and April has 13. July has 5 and August has 3. Then the count rises again, with 9 in September and 9 in October.
The organisers that run the most trade shows
Some organisers run a whole series of shows in different cities. These three have the most.

| Organiser | Trade shows | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Aviation Week Network | 8 | Amsterdam (2), Dubai (2), Rio de Janeiro, Orlando, Beijing, Singapore |
| Messe München | 6 | Istanbul, Nairobi, Munich, Riyadh, Singapore, Miami Beach |
| National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) | 5 | Las Vegas (2), Opa-locka, Fort Worth, East Farmingdale |
Aviation Week Network runs the MRO show series. That includes MRO Europe, MRO Americas and MRO Asia-Pacific in Singapore. Messe München runs the air cargo series, from Nairobi to Miami Beach.
The RX group (Reed Exhibitions) runs 7 trade shows under several names. They are in Dubai (2), Hamburg (2), Singapore, Tokyo and Milan. Counted as one group, RX would rank second.
The biggest shows by exhibitors
The largest is the Paris Air Show, with 2,400 exhibitors at its 2025 edition. Next come two defence shows. DSEI in London had 1,700 exhibitors in 2025. IDEX in Abu Dhabi had 1,565 in 2025. These figures are from past editions. Organisers have not yet published 2027 numbers.
What this means for you
- To see many trade shows in one city, look at Singapore, Dubai or Las Vegas.
- For talks and networking, London has the most events of any city.
- If you plan a 2027 show budget, note that March, April and May hold 152 of the year's 347 events.
- If you run an event that is missing, you can add it to our calendar.
