NetJets has opened a new private jet campus at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas. The company announced the opening on 20 October 2026, the first day of NBAA-BACE in the same city. It built the site with Signature Aviation. It is the first site the two companies have built together from the ground up.

Work on the site started in October 2024. At that time, the two companies said it would be ready by 2027.

What is on the site

  • A campus of more than 300,000 square feet.
  • A terminal of 17,069 square feet, used only by NetJets owners and their guests. It has a lounge, VIP meeting rooms and a family room.
  • A direct gate to the ramp, so owners go from their car to the aircraft without passing through shared areas.
  • Two hangars. One serves the NetJets fleet. The other is run by Executive Jet Management, the NetJets company for aircraft management and charter.
  • A NetJets Service Hub for maintenance and aircraft prep, open 24 hours a day, all year.
  • More than 250,000 square feet of ramp, with room for about 25 aircraft.

Why Las Vegas

NetJets says its flights to Las Vegas grew by nearly 45% from 2022, to almost 8,000 flights in 2025. So far in 2026, demand is nearly 30% higher than in the same months last year. Big sports events, shows and hotels drive much of that travel. Patrick Gallagher, President of NetJets Aviation, said: "We invest where our Owners want to be."

Las Vegas is part of a wider plan. NetJets is also adding new or larger sites in Dallas, Palm Beach and Washington, D.C. Its own terminal and ramp give a large fleet more control at a busy airport in peak weeks, when shared ramps fill up fast.
