About Whitesky Aviation

Whitesky Aviation is an Indonesian aviation group. Its history is in helicopter work. The site says it has more than 14 years of certified vertical-flight operations, aircraft management and aviation infrastructure. In 2010 new investors bought Kura-Kura Aviation and renamed it Whitesky Aviation.

The group now runs several companies. They are Whitesky Aviation, Whitesky eVTOL, Whitesky Airport and Facility, Whitesky Jet and Whitesky Trade. The site says the group is expanding beyond aviation into advanced air mobility.

The eVTOL plan is the big theme of the site. Whitesky says it is driving the introduction of electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft in Indonesia. It names agreements with AutoFlight, Volant Aerotech, Vela Aero and SkyDrive. The plan covers electric aircraft, flight operations, vertiport infrastructure and digital dispatch. The site says the aim is aerial routes that avoid city traffic and link islands. A note says an eVTOL flight shown on the site was for promotion only, and approval from the authority is still being processed.

The news section lists press coverage from 2023 to 2026. Headlines cover new helicopter contracts, with mining companies and hospitals wanting to rent helicopters, and deals signed at the Hexia exhibition. The group lists safety, service, professionalism and reliability as its values.
