Sunwing

Sunwing Vacations is a Canadian vacation company. Its site says it began in 2002 as a family business. Today it is the official vacation division of the WestJet Group and is run from Canada. It sells all inclusive holiday packages to sun destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

The company says it offers many package choices. The home page shows seven day stays at resorts in places such as the Dominican Republic and the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Each offer shows a past price and a new price per adult, and the price includes taxes and fees. The site also has a lowest price calendar and a newsletter sign up.

Sunwing says customers can leave from many airports in Canada. The departure list includes Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver and Winnipeg. It also names smaller regional airports that many airlines do not serve. The company says this can save travellers time and money.

For the trip itself, Sunwing works with airline partners and with NexusTours.com, which it calls its partner at the destination. The about page also reports on time results from Cirium data for May to September 2026, where Sunwing ranked first among Canadian airlines for five months in a row.

The contact page lists a customer service number, 1-877-786-9464. It links to frequently asked questions, a feedback form, travel requirements, help for people with accessibility needs and information on refunds when a flight is delayed or cancelled.
