Skyservice FBO, Ottawa (CYOW)

Skyservice Ottawa is a full service fixed base operator at Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport. It provides business aviation support in Canada's capital and serves private jet operators, corporate flight departments and international aircraft operating to and from Ottawa.

The operation supports time-sensitive movements, diplomatic traffic and corporate aviation. The location is minutes from downtown Ottawa and Gatineau, with access to federal government institutions and diplomatic centres.

Services include aircraft ground handling, Jet A fueling, aircraft fueling and ground support, anti-icing and passenger services. The client lounge, pilot lounge, executive business center and conference rooms are on site.

Passenger and crew features include a crew shower facility, pilot snooze rooms, complimentary refreshments and complimentary Wi-Fi. A WSI weather and flight planning center is also available for flight preparation.

Customs clearing is available through CANPASS, along with escorted ramp access, ramp side auto access, gourmet catering, hangar and on-ramp parking, hotel accommodations, rental cars on site and valet parking. Fuel cards from major brands are accepted.

Hangar space is available for short-term and long-term aircraft storage, subject to demand and availability. Heavy aircraft maintenance is not done on site, but the team supports maintenance planning through the Skyservice network. It is a member of the Air Elite network and has received a Wings magazine recognition. Operating hours are 05:30 to 22:30.
