Ski Armadillo focuses on two of Europe’s most coveted resorts: Verbier (Switzerland) and Méribel (France). Guests choose from hosted (fully catered), bed-and-breakfast, independent (self-catered), mini-getaways, and long-stay options—ideal for workations or a season in the Alps. Pre-arrival and in-resort concierge take care of transfers, lift passes, ski hire, lessons, spa bookings, and hard-to-get restaurant reservations.
Long-stay guests can add regular housekeeping, schooling guidance in Verbier (e.g., IB options), and remote-work support with high-speed connectivity. Whether you’re first on the lift or savoring slow mornings by the fire, itineraries balance freedom with thoughtful structure.
Ski Armadillo regularly host guests who arrive via private jets at nearby airports. On the whole this is quite rare – 2/3 times a season for each resort – it varies.
Verbier – they tend to land at Sion, 40miles away by road, rather than a major airport. They will always look to arrange an onward road transfer for them.
Meribel – as a rule this is a GVA arrival – again transfers by road are then booked but on occasion (1 booking per season to date) they have arranged an onward helicopter up to Meribel altiport where their team meet them on landing. Helicopters are limited on space so they will check luggage and organize a luggage support vehicle to take bags to resort.
Every holiday with them can be personalised and curated to whatever experience the guest would like. From choosing their own menu and chef for the week, to organizing specialist transfers, activities such as guided skiing, firework displays, mountain hut experiences, wine tasting in the chalet- they also make sure all our food and wine is sustainably sourced and local (we have great partnerships with local suppliers).
