Pricing is time-based with a two-hour minimum, calculated garage-to-garage in 15-minute increments (passenger count doesn’t change the price). Standard office hours are Mon–Fri 7am–7pm and Sat–Sun 8am–4pm, while the main line (212-547-7979) is answered 24 hours. With notice, vehicles are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (except certain holidays).
