Rotortec

RotorTech UK is a helicopter owners and operators exhibition held at Sywell Aerodrome. The site describes it as the UK's only fly-in helicopter event. The show is run by AvBuyer Events Limited. The site shows a notice that the 2024 show was cancelled because of issues outside the organizer's control.

The show was planned as three days of exhibits. The site says it would include more than 100 aviation exhibitors, 5,000 or more visitors and 700 or more visiting aircraft. Exhibits range from aircraft and products to avionics, maintenance and insurance. A conference programme and seminar series were also planned.

The site says the target audience includes helicopter owners and operators for commercial, VIP and private use. It also lists maintenance providers, manufacturer representatives, flight training schools, specialist operators, police and offshore operators. Financial, insurance and regulatory groups are part of the planned audience.

Visitors could arrive by air and get show entry for themselves and their passengers. Pleasure flights and advice from flight training schools were also offered. Parking is on site for anyone with a valid show ticket. Tickets could be bought ahead of time at a reduced price.

The site lists contacts for exhibitor sales in the Americas and Europe, the events manager and ticketing. It lists social accounts on X, Facebook and Instagram. The site also has a press centre and a sponsors page.
