Professional Aviation Service S.r.l. is an aircraft maintenance, airworthiness management and training company at Ozzano dell'Emilia airfield (LIKO), near Bologna, Italy. It was founded in 2008 as Italy's first Cirrus Authorized Service Center and states that it now services over 400 aircraft a year for customers across Europe. It is also a Cirrus Training Center.

Services

Its technicians work on both EASA and FAA registered aircraft, which the company has done for over 10 years. Since 2013 it has also serviced Tecnam, Cessna, Extra and Mudry CAP 10 aircraft.

• Scheduled and unscheduled inspections of airframes, engines and propellers, troubleshooting and parts replacement
• Garmin and Avidyne support and repair; avionics functional tests, replacement and STC applications on EASA aircraft
• Oxygen and TKS anti-ice refills, AOG support and on-site assistance
• Approved CAMO: maintenance programmes, ARC issue and renewal, AD and SB review
• Aircraft registration, import and export, and Permits to Fly
• Pre-buy inspections, purchase assistance, ferry flights and pick-up pilot services, with over 100 ferry flights completed
• A parts warehouse stocking Cirrus, Avidyne, Start Pac, Beringer, Tecnam and Bose items, plus pilot accessories

Flight training

Through Professional Aviation Academy the company runs Cirrus training from the SR20 to the Vision Jet with Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilots, and courses for PPL(A), CPL(A), IR(A), Night Rating and FAA to EASA licence conversion.

FBO and facilities

The airfield has an 840 m asphalt runway (03/21) and Ozzano Radio on 128.450 MHz.
