PRO SKY

PRO SKY organizes group flights. It helps event planners, companies and agencies move groups of people by air. The site says it has done this work since 1996. It offers scheduled flights, charter flights, or a mix of both, so a group can travel on the most suitable connection.

The company lists three main services. The first is group bookings on scheduled flights. The second is a combined option that uses charter and scheduled flights together. The third is for event guests who travel on their own, when the group has 25 or more people. The site says planners can pick the right fit by price, comfort or travel time.

PRO SKY runs an online platform for group flights. The company describes it as the first and only portal built for this purpose. Customers can compare options, work out costs and book charter and scheduled flights. They can also manage and share projects. The platform shows budgets in real time and gives quotes for group and charter flights in a few clicks. Attendees can book for themselves. The platform can also connect by API to a planner's own system for managing participants.

The company says each customer gets a project manager. It says the team handles groups of 10 or of 10,000 people, whether they leave from one place or many. Customers also report that the service cuts the effort of event planning by up to half. The team is available after office hours when needed.

Extra options are listed too. These include branding, own check-in and lounge access. The site also offers destination and flight consulting. Clients can offset the carbon footprint of their flights with a donation to renewable energy projects, and the offset comes with a certificate from partner Atmosfair.

The company says it was named ITB Berlin Innovator for 2026. The site also shows customer testimonials, including one from an incentive and event agency.

The website has pages on its industries, its history and its team. It also invites visitors to book a group flight.
