Pro-Pilot Playbook is an online career development course for people who want to become professional pilots. It is not a flight training course. The site says it focuses on the career side, such as saving money and time on the path to an airline or corporate flying job. The two hosts say they bring a combined 50 years in the aviation industry.

The main program has 11 modules with more than 40 video subjects, which the site says total over 8 hours of video. Topics include where to find money for training, how to choose a flight school and instructor, how pilot certification works, and tips for the medical exam and checkride. The course also covers how to get the most from a flight instructor certificate.

Members get downloads for training, job search, gear, career path, aviation apps and useful links. A resume and interview kit includes editable resumes, cover letters and recommendation letters. Step by step career action plans cover airline and corporate jobs. The site also shares a strategy for getting jet time with very low time, as an alternative to flight instructing.

A searchable database of aircraft operators comes with the program. The site says it holds over 19,000 private jet, charter and airline companies, with contact information. A bonus course called Flight Training Jumpstart covers technical knowledge for the first few hours of flight. Members can also join a community.

The standard program costs $59 per month, and the site says it can be cancelled at any time. A higher plan costs $99.97 per month and adds a weekly live video group coaching call with the hosts.

The company also sells separate services. These include a resume creation service for $97 and a custom career path consultation for $497. A corporate pilot interview prep package costs $997. Corporate flight department consulting starts at $5,000. It covers flight department setup, aircraft acquisition, pilot staffing, compliance and cost analysis.
