OSS Air Management is an Indian helicopter company based in New Delhi. It is an operator and maintenance service provider for civil Leonardo helicopters in India. The company describes itself as a non-scheduled operator, an MRO provider and an aviation consultancy. It was formed in 2005 as a helicopter charter operator and later grew into a Leonardo maintenance service centre.

The company maintains 18 Leonardo helicopters. Its sister company, Heligo Charters, maintains four more. Together they hold 22 of the 45 Leonardo helicopters operating in the region. The company has 75 engineers and technicians. Over 17 years, it says it has sold more than 40 percent of the Leonardo helicopters operating in India.

OSS Air was the first operator in India to launch a dedicated helicopter emergency medical service under the air ambulance category, in 2011. The service is used in the Odisha government's air ambulance programme. The company also supports disaster and humanitarian relief work.
