Omni Táxi Aéreo

OMNI Táxi Aéreo S.A. is a Brazilian helicopter operator headquartered in Rio de Janeiro. According to its website, it was founded in December 2000 and serves large companies in the oil sector, especially Petrobras, with air transport offshore and onshore anywhere in Brazil, including external cargo and aeromedical transport. It is part of the OMNI Helicopters International group (OHI), a financial holding based in Portugal that administers fleets and investments in helicopter operators.
