About Nesma Airlines

Nesma Airlines is an Egyptian airline that flies scheduled and charter flights. It serves travelers inside Egypt and on routes to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Italy. The site calls it a full-service carrier. It says it wants to offer fair prices and a wide network with frequent flights.

The airline began in 2008 as an investment by a Saudi company in the Egyptian tourism market. It started full operations in July 2010. In March 2022 an Egyptian investor fully bought the company. The site says the plan is to rebuild the airline and widen its route network.

According to the website, Nesma Airlines flies about 12 flights a day. It serves close to 30 destinations or more in more than 10 countries. It handles about 380,000 passengers a year. The company offers point-to-point travel on short and medium routes.

Routes shown on the site include Cairo to Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Gassim, Tabuk and Taif in Saudi Arabia. There are also flights from Cairo to Milan Malpensa and Sabiha Gokcen. Hurghada has links to Vnukovo and to Germany. The airline also lists Kuwait among its destinations. Fares and example prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and other currencies.

Passengers can book flights online and manage a booking. They can check flight status and search schedules. Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. For international flights it closes three hours before departure, and for domestic flights it closes two hours before.

The site also covers extra services. Travelers can choose seats, add baggage and ask for special meals or wheelchair help. Pages explain on-board service, baby care, young travelers, pets in the cabin and help for expectant mothers.

Other pages cover travel documents, prohibited items and health rules. There is a section on travel for Hajj and a section for charter flights. The site also has pages for the fleet, offices, jobs and rules, plus a login for travel agents.
