Matchtech

Matchtech is a recruitment company for engineering and technology staff. The site says it has been solving workforce problems since 1984. Its head office is in Fareham, in the United Kingdom, and it also has offices in London and Winnersh.

The company says it has linked more than 10,000 clients with engineering and technology talent. Each year it helps over 250 clients fill skills gaps, places more than 4,000 candidates in STEM roles and puts over 2,000 contractors on new assignments. Its phone number is +44 1489 898989.

Its service list is wide. It offers permanent recruitment, contract and temporary recruitment, and leadership and executive search. It also provides managed service programmes, recruitment process outsourcing and services procurement outsourcing. Other services include targeted campaigns, inclusive recruitment and a recruit, train and deploy model.

The sectors it serves include aerospace, automotive, maritime, defence and security, energy, highways, construction, water and utilities, rail, technology and professional services. Aerospace is one of many, so the company is a general engineering recruiter rather than an aviation specialist. Skill areas range from mechanical, electrical and systems engineering to software, hardware, safety, quality and stress and structural engineering. The stress and structural page mentions fuselage frames among its examples.

Candidates can use a job search, and employers can start hiring or ask about outsourcing and consulting services. The contact page lists a general line, a team for contractor onboarding and a payroll team. A form lets visitors send their details and a message.
