Macro Recruitment

Macro Recruitment is an executive search firm. The founder is Barry Usher. The site does not give a street address. Its phone number uses the Irish country code, and the site refers to the Irish public healthcare system, so the firm appears to be based in Ireland. The firm describes itself as a small team with a personal approach.

The firm works in four sectors: aviation, technology, engineering and healthcare. For aviation, the site says the managing partner has a background in aeronautical engineering, airlines, MROs and sales. The firm says this gives it expertise in the aviation sector. The firm can hire for permanent, temporary or contract roles at any level.

For engineering, the firm says it can find people for engineering teams. For technology, the site refers to experience in technology leadership roles. For healthcare, the firm says it has supply agreements with departments of the HSE, the Irish public healthcare system, and it runs searches for that sector.

The firm offers executive search for C-suite and senior leadership roles. It also runs custom search campaigns for specific needs. The site says the firm limits the number of executive searches it takes on each month. The team is small, and clients have direct access to the managing partner.

One client testimonial on the site says the writer would recommend the firm after a retained executive search campaign.

The contact page says the firm can arrange a meeting to talk about recruitment needs. It lists Barry Usher as founder and the phone number +353 85 7272559. The site also has pages for clients and candidates, where each can start a recruitment process.
