MACH TECHNIK is an aircraft maintenance and line maintenance company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was founded in March 2019 at Dubai International Airport. The company serves commercial airlines and VIP operators. It operates from two stations: Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).

The company holds EASA Part 145 approval. It says its quality systems and procedures are set to the highest international standards and comply with its Safety Management System. Its certified and experienced personnel work in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Line maintenance covers pre flight, transit, daily and weekly checks, and A check defect rectification. Work also includes issuing CRS, component changes, servicing, troubleshooting, unscheduled maintenance, engine changes and ETOPS pre flight checks. Overnight maintenance and aircraft preparation for short and long storage are also offered.

AOG support is available 24/7, with technical specialists on call. Spare parts logistics runs through partners FedEx and FreightWorks to minimize ground time and parking fees. The company also leases storage space for aircraft spares and provides certifying and non certifying engineers. It also audits contracted organizations and carries out aircraft induction inspections.

The company supports more than 35 aircraft and engine combinations from Airbus and Boeing. These include the A318, A319, A320, A321, A330 and A350 with engines such as CFM56, V2500, LEAP 1A, PW1100G, PW4000, CF6, Trent 700 and Trent XWB. Boeing support covers the 737, 777 and 787 with engines such as GE90, Trent 800, GEnx and Trent 1000.

The site shows 26 airline and operator logos, including AJet, Turkish, OmanAir, Eurowings and ExecutiveJet. It also lists training services, NDT and cabin maintenance. The company says it is expanding its experience with new technology aircraft such as the A220 and 777X.

Tools and equipment are stored in an atmosphere controlled facility and calibrated and maintained to the highest standards. The company can lease them to third parties with client consent. The company says it invests in training for its team members.
