Litson and Associates is an aviation safety and quality company. It was established in 2007 and has grown into the Litson Group. The group offers safety advice, quality audits, inspections, training courses and software. Its clients include aircraft, airfield and drone operators.

The group has three parts. Aviation Safety Advisors does the advice and audit work. Risk Management Systems builds software. The Aerospace Academy for Safety and Quality runs the courses. The site says the software and academy units both have B-BBEE Level 2 status, which is a South African business rating.

The advisors serve operators in the oil and gas and mining industries. They also serve business aviation, emergency services and tourism. The site says its IOGP and Flight Safety Foundation BARS advisors have worked in 90 countries. IOGP covers oil and gas, and BARS covers the resource sector.

The company also created its own global aviation standards. They help clients outside oil, gas and mining. The work includes inspections, safety audits, and safety and operational reviews.

The academy teaches ground courses on safety and quality for the aerospace industry. Courses on the enquiry form include Lead Auditor, Occurrence Investigation, Quality Management System and Auditing, and Safety Management System. A Safety Management System refresher is also listed. Training can be scheduled online or arranged in house for a company.

The site makes two notes. The company does not provide pilot or cabin crew training. Students need at least two years of aviation experience to attend. The academy hands out training certificates for finished courses.

Risk Management Systems makes safety and flight management software. The products are called eSMS-S, eREP-S, eSCHED-S and eFLITE-S, with other eSYSTEMS-S tools. They help users manage risk early and keep improving. The website also posts articles, such as one on safety from the view of Gen Z and one on the ICAO safety audit program.
