Jogja Flight

Jogja Flight is an Indonesian school for aviation personnel. It is based in Yogyakarta. The school trains people for jobs in airlines, airports and related fields. The site says it holds licenses from the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation.

The main program is for flight attendants, both women and men. The school also trains airline staff, airport staff and cargo staff. Other programs cover aviation security, aircraft marshalling and flight operations officers. A marshaller guides aircraft on the ground. A flight operations officer supports flight planning.

Some programs reach beyond aviation. Students can study train attendant skills. There is also a hospitality program for work in hotels and on cruise ships. The school offers an office administration course. This course teaches how offices work in firms that serve flights. Applicants can start their sign-up online and check the status of their form.

For a degree, the school lists a bachelor program in air transport management. It also lists a vocational high school, called SMK Pembaharuan Indonesia. The site says new classes are open for aviation personnel, and each class is set up to prepare students for work. The site says the degree can lead to a career as an aviation business owner.

Short licensed courses are also offered. These include aviation security basic and junior courses, dangerous goods training and an Airbus A320 rating course for flight officers. There are also courses for ground support equipment operators and aircraft marshallers.

The school points to its campus facilities. It says it is the only flight attendant school with a mini airport lab that includes two Boeing 737-200 aircraft. It also lists on-the-job training and an accelerated class meant to fill airline and airport jobs quickly.

The site says the school has grown to 20 branch campuses and admission offices. It names experienced instructors and a job network. Visitors can register online or visit a campus. The website has pages on legal status, management, alumni, news, a gallery and fees.
