International Charter Desk

International Charter Desk, also called ICD, is a private jet charter company with its headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. It is an accredited member of The Air Charter Association. It calls itself a team of business aviation advisors.

What it does

ICD plans charter flights around the client's schedule, for business or personal trips. It says it sources the right aircraft from the charter market and plans each flight with close attention to the details. It states that it works with discipline and discretion.

The company lists four main benefits: comfort, safety, a schedule built around you, and a good fit of aircraft. On safety, it says it makes sure charter aircraft are flown by companies that follow high standards of safety and security.

Aircraft

ICD says it can reach more than 5,500 private aircraft worldwide. The home page lists sample categories:

• Very light jets: up to 4 passengers.
• Light jets: up to 7 passengers.
• Turboprop aircraft: up to 10 passengers.

It adds that it can fly to any airport at any time of day, where rules allow.

Why prices change

The site has a plain explanation of charter prices. Fuel prices, supply and demand, seasons, holidays and major events can all move the price. So can political events and weather. Trip details matter too. These include passenger numbers, distance, luggage, aircraft range, special cargo, catering needs, fuel stops, infants, pets, slot coordinated airports and airport opening hours.

Client comments

The site shows short comments from clients in Switzerland, Hungary, Azerbaijan and Austria. They praise the efficiency and smoothness of the flights.
